Customer Experience Consultant

As our Customer Experience Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve unparalleled success through excellence in CX.
You’ll work together with our clients from various industries on strategic marketing consulting and interim management projects, both in CX as well as broader marketing domains. You’ll continuously be supported by your client partner, counsellor and the experts from The House of Marketing and our other Customer Collective entities.
Your challenge
Consulting work at the client
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of the customer journey across all touchpoints, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
- Develop and implement CX strategies that align with client objectives and customer expectations, enhancing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Leverage customer feedback, surveys, and data analytics to gain insights into customer needs and preferences, using this information to inform strategy adjustments and innovations.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and other teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated customer experience strategy.
- Oversee the implementation of CX initiatives, monitoring their effectiveness and making data-driven adjustments to optimize outcomes.
- Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to communicate CX insights and strategies, fostering a customer-centric culture within organizations.
- Advocate for best practices in customer experience, providing training and guidance to internal teams and clients to embed a customer-first mindset throughout the organization.
Internal contribution at The House of Marketing
- Drive CX within The House of Marketing by contributing to internal projects, initiatives, and research efforts aimed at enhancing our service offerings and methodologies.
- Contribute to the internal commercial initiatives of the team by collaborating on proposals and presentations showcasing our innovative capabilities and insights.
- Actively participate in knowledge sharing sessions, training workshops, and CX challenges to foster a culture of customer centricity and continuous improvement.
- Stay ahead of CX trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies and enrich the team with your insights
Your profile:
- A business-related Master's degree or an equivalent in experience
- A broad or general/T-shaped (as we call it) marketing or CX profile with business sense
- You’re open to work on broader marketing-related interim and/or consulting assignments as well.
- Proven track record as a Customer Experience Consultant (+5 years), with experience in developing and implementing CX strategies that have driven measurable improvements in customer satisfaction and business performance.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret customer data and feedback to derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders across various levels.
- Experience in project management, with the ability to oversee CX initiatives from conception through to execution and evaluation.
- A deep understanding of the latest trends and technologies in customer experience and digital marketing.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
