Your challenge

You’ll work together with our clients from various industries on strategic marketing consulting and interim management projects. You’ll continuously be supported by your client partner, counselor (career coach) and the experts from The House of Marketing and our other Customer Collective entities.

• Project delivery: you take the responsibility of delivering a project on time, exceeding our clients' expectations. Whether it is in a project team or on an individual base, you will work in all types of marketing domains (digital strategy, e-commerce, marketing automation, innovation, product or brand management, organizational design, value management or customer experience) across a large variety of sectors
• Support and further develop The House of Marketing's firm equity by sharing your knowledge, coaching junior colleagues and detecting new opportunities at our clients with an open view

Your profile:

• A broad or general/T-shaped (as we call it) marketing profile with business sense & track record in marketing
• 6 to 10 years of work experience, in a B2B and/or B2C environment
• Consulting mindset: eager to change the status quo & create an impact at our clients
• Marketing background: proven experience/track record in marketing
• Coaching & mentoring experience or interest
• Continuously looking for opportunities to evolve, grow your knowledge and skills
• An open mindset and an interest in working in various industries and changing environments
• An analytical and well-structured mindset
• Strong communication skills, fluent in the local language(s): Dutch and/or French in Belgium, plus a very good command of English
