Are you a marketing professional with an ongoing drive when it comes to event management and strategic planning? We are seeking a motivated Head of Marketing, eager to lead the Customer Collective's & The House of Marketing's brands and marketing team.

JOB OVERVIEW
General:
- You define and execute marketing plans to drive brand awareness, business leads and talent acquisition.
- You oversee marketing budgets for both entities, ensuring accurate tracking of expenses and adherence to financial guidelines.
- You coordinate strategic change projects within our group.
For example: internal & external communication flows for acquisitions, rebranding, Hubspot & Teamleader CRM, lead follow-up, group dashboarding,... - Your team consists of the performance marketeer, alongside at least one intern.
- You work closely with your Marketing team, the Client Development team, the Human Capital team and the Managing Directors in Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany for each entity.
- You report to the CC & THoM leadership teams and translate the business priorities and objectives to the marketing team.
(Digital) Marcom of both brands:
- Together with your team, you monitor the marketing plan performance of CC and THoM.
- To achieve your objective, you and your team create the optimal route for our marketing strategy (SEA optimization, website set-up, webinar organization, event & partnerships, client cases and PR,...).
- Branding ownership: You are guardian of our brands and you know how to apply the branding guidelines and tone of voice across all channels.
Sales events:
- You take charge of the planning and execution of various client facing events, including client dinners, conferences and internal gatherings.
Partnerships:
- Both for the CC & THoM brand, you're managing the strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
Marketing team leadership:
- You are the team coach of our THoM & CC marketing team, as well as the glue between all marketing functions within the group (the brand managers of each brand within the Customer Collective group).
- You organize a quarterly brand community meeting to facilitate the interactions and collaboration between the brand managers.
- You define and implement the best possible team set-up to meet the business needs, embracing the agility to evolve in an ever-changing context at Customer Collective (new M&A, merges etc).
- You search and recruit interns and team members (in case of vacancies) to reinforce the team.
PROFILE
- You have 5-7 years of relevant experience in marketing, event and people management.
- You have a marketing background and in-depth marketing knowledge, combined with strong digital marketing communication skills and B2B experience. Affinity in MarTech solutions is beneficial(i.e. Hubspot).
- You combine strategic skills with hands-on operational passion and a ‘getting things done’ mentality with a spike in stakeholder management.
- You're agile and able to work in an ever changing environment and the market we play in.
- You are well organized and feel at ease combining a wide and various set of projects.
