About the Client
Will you become the new Key Account Manager for Trivec by Caspeco Belgium, the leading software in Europe for the management of restaurants, bars, hotels, and cafés?
Their software ensures a seamless reservation, ordering, and payment process, offering various products such as digital cash registers, mobile ordering applications, payment terminals, and full automation of bar and kitchen operations. The Trivec by Caspeco solutions are integrated with hotel reservation systems, accounting, HR, purchasing, and inventory management tools. Founded in 1998, Trivec serves over 8,000 satisfied partners across Europe and has offices in Belgium, France, Sweden, Denmark, and Norway.
Mission of the Role
As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be driven by building lasting relationships with prospects and customers. You will convince prospects of our solutions by giving high-quality demos and offering an innovative SaaS solution that significantly impacts their operations. With a positive spirit, you’ll win new customers and contribute to the successful growth of Trivec by Caspeco.
Your Responsibilities as Key Account Manager
- Close new deals following the sales process.
- Responsible for the Brussels and Walloon markets.
- Follow up on leads digitally and search for new prospects (supported by Marketing).
- Deliver high-quality (online) presentations/demos and prepare quotations.
- Identify and seize opportunities with existing customers.
- Build and maintain a professional and positive relationship with prospects and existing customers.
- Manage lead and sales administration in the CRM system.
- Achieve team and individual sales targets together with the Belgian sales team.
- Continuously develop personally through training and feedback.
- Increase customer satisfaction through solution-oriented thinking and actions.
- Understand and explore the market potential.
- Capture customer needs and communicate them to your colleagues (support, product, etc.).
- Attend trade fairs and events.
The Ideal Key Account Manager
- First experience as a Sales Representative/Consultant in a SaaS environment.
- Genuine passion for restaurants, bars, hotels, and food & drinks.
- Knowledge of sales processes and experience with CRM systems.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and strong presentation skills.
- Motivated, team player, creative, and target-driven.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Native in French, with good command of English and Dutch.
