Mission of the Role
As a Head of Partnership you are in charge of managing the Merchant Engagement Team. Your role is to manage the Business performance of the companies' Engagement Platform, by establishing, developing & maintaining strong commercial relationship with our partner merchants. They partner with big companies, global & local well-known brands.
Your Responsibilities as a Head of Partnership
- Building the strategic plans in collaboration with Merchant Director
- Defining the budget and piloting the daily business to ensure full delivery of the objectives
- Managing a growing team of 5 persons, with expertise in Sales, Performance & Data, Media & Support
- Supporting the Sales Team Manager in building a partner strategy and the implementation of the annual account plans, planning the commercial activities over all revenue streams. You help building the relationship with our key strategic Merchants Partners
- Supporting Partner Performance Officer on pricing strategy & catalog management
- Supporting Media Officer in developing and implementing a media strategy with multichannel offers on all available touchpoints
- Keeping the Team engaged, challenged & highly motivated
- Innovation & planning coordination with IT Team in Agile mode
- Working in close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Support & Finance teams to ensure an end-to-end business excellence
- Collaborating with the Business Line and its Centre of Excellence for Global Partnerships

- You report directly to the BeLux Merchant Director
- Location: Brussels (Auderghem)

The Ideal Head of Partnership
- You hold a Master Degree
- You have at least 10 years experience as manager, by preference in a B2B environment
- You are results driven and aim for high performance, with a track record of overachieving your targets
- You have a strong experience in management and have built strategic plans
- You are an expert in e-commerce and with a strong experience in sales
- You are passioned by digital marketing, media and consumer trends
- You have an affinity with data and data driven commerce
- Your native language is French or Dutch and you master the other language. You have at least a professional level in English
- Knowledge of a CRM, Power BI, Airtable, Piano and other solutions is considered a plus
