Your Challenge

You will work alongside our clients from various industries on strategic marketing consulting and interim management projects. Whether you are starting your career after your studies, taking your next step after a first experience, or bringing up to 10 years of expertise, you will be continuously supported by your client partner, your counselor (career coach), and the experts from The House of Marketing and our other Customer Collective entities.

• Project delivery: You will contribute to delivering projects on time and with impact, with a level of ownership that grows with your experience. Whether working in a project team or individually, you will be involved in various marketing domains, including digital strategy, e-commerce, marketing automation, innovation, product and brand management, organizational design, value management, and customer experience across a wide range of sectors.

• Knowledge sharing and development: You will help strengthen The House of Marketing's equity by sharing what you know, learning from your peers, and spotting new opportunities for our clients with an open mind. As you gain experience, you will also coach and support more junior colleagues.

Your Profile

• Experience: From recent graduate to 10 years of experience in marketing, in a B2B and/or B2C environment. We tailor your role and growth path to where you are today.

• Marketing foundation: A strong interest in marketing and business, built through your studies, internships or professional experience. Over time, you develop a broad or T-shaped marketing profile (as we call it).

• Consulting mindset: Eager to challenge the status quo and create impact for our clients.

• Analytical and structured thinking: You bring clarity to complex questions.

• Growth mindset: Always looking for opportunities to grow your knowledge and skills, and interested in helping others grow too.

• Adaptability: Curious to work across various industries and changing environments.

• Communication: Fluency in Dutch (for Belgium-based roles) and a very good command of English. Strong basics of French is a plus.
