Job Description:
As a Marketing Automation Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing marketing campaigns. You will work closely with various teams to develop and analyze effective, tailored campaigns. Your role includes:
Data Management and Segmentation:
- Utilizing CRM and data tools (such as Databricks) to select relevant customer data for targeted campaigns.
- Developing and implementing segmentation strategies to reach specific customer and prospect groups through email campaigns, social media, and other marketing activities.
Setting Up Automated CRM Marketing Campaigns:
- Setting up and technically implementing marketing campaigns.
- Targeting audiences through detailed selections.
Campaign Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitoring and analyzing the performance of email marketing campaigns.
- Conducting A/B tests with control groups.
- Analyzing results to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Management and Processing of Campaign Data:
- Collaborating with Data and IT teams to identify and resolve issues with campaign data.
- Developing the marketing data model to ensure relevant and personalized marketing campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Working closely with marketing, sales, and after-sales teams to gather insights and align campaign strategies with broader business objectives.
- Collaborating with data analysts to share best practices and innovative ideas.
Your Profile:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in analyzing CRM campaigns, data selection, and segmentation.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and campaign performance indicators.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms is a plus (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Analytical skills and experience/knowledge in translating data into actionable insights.
- Strong personal skills: accuracy, organizational abilities, and capability to manage projects from start to finish.
- Knowledge of SQL, HTML, and AMPscript.
- Understanding of data modeling, data cleaning, and data optimization.
